Her passion for learning new skills led her to travel to Germany last year for the Von Hand Festival, where she studied copper smithing, heddle carving, and indigo dying. This creative spirit extends into all aspects of her life, from her professional work to her personal pursuits. At home, she shares her life with her husband and their furry family - their dog Mishka and two cats, Rubinho and DB. Our door opener died on Sunday afternoon. I spoke with Chris on Sunday and he was able to schedule a technician appointment for us on Monday. Tina arrived at the expected time and did a great job. She explained every aspect of the process. She explained the differences of the various openers that we're available and gave a clear explanation of the functions once she was done with the installation. I was relieved when my noisy, jerky garage door closed smoothly after a new set of cables and rollers replaced the old, damaged ones. Tina, the technician, was very efficient and competent. Also, the hinges and noisy parts were all lubricated to make the garage door closing smoother and quieter. Tina was thorough and gave me a list of options after explaining the problems. We had a broken overhead bracket on one of our garage doors that held our light and operator. Tina did a great job solving the issue with a much more secure solution. She also did an inspection of both doors and saw that one of our springs was quite worn. She replaced it with a new one and made sure our door operated properly. Tina arrived to replace two garage openers. She arrived right on time, and patiently explained the process. It took her a couple of hours to finish.
