I was extremely impressed with my whole experience with Precision. I called with an urgent garage opener issue and was immediately given a same day appointment. The technician A.J. Yanko was prompt, friendly and professional. He identified the problem (broken spring) and the repair was completed quickly. The price was reasonable and clearly communicated. On Monday your technician Leo came out to replace the chain drive unit on one of our garage door openers. A year ago he replaced the one on the other garage door. He was on time, very friendly, knowegable, and efficient, completing the work in about an hour. Over the span of 22 years that we have owned the home, we have had many companies do work for us and I can say that Precision Door is one of the very best. When I need to have the springs and cables replaced I will definitely have you out again to do the work. I am glad that you have been able to continue operations during this time. Stay safe.
