I’m a regular customer with Precision and have been for at least the last 8 years now. There are less expensive garage door service providers out there, but none of them in my experience delivers on the promise of timely, professional, expert and friendly service! I’ve recommended Precision to many friends and family members who were all very satisfied as well. I recommend this high quality based service supplier, who is fully-committed to their customers. Special thanks to Gabe Pokar for a job well done! Gabe arrived on time, and replaced my old opener with a new one that I purchased separately. The work was performed quickly and professionally. Called Precision Door around 10am Monday. They had time available that day, were out by 1pm. Done by 3pm. Service Tech (AJ) was very helpful. Door is great, got belt drive...much quieter than previous chain drive. Good price including installation. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommend.

They seem to really enjoy their work and really focused on the details to make the install as perfect as possible. The online door designer is pretty great and makes ordering a door easy.

The 5 stars reviews sold me and reading some of them. Plus I thought Precision was a much more professional company after calling another garage door repair one. AJ did a great job and I would definitely hire Precision to do any garage door work. I am seriously thinking of having a better garage door opening installed in my garage in the spring.

The tech AJ called me the night before to let me know he would be at my house at 8am, and he showed up right on time. AJ saw the issue right away, let me know what options I had for the repair, and quickly got to work on the fix. He used stronger springs and fixed some other small issues the door was having. The work was quick and the door functions better than it did before the spring broke. I can't recommend Precision enough. 5 stars.

Gabriel worked on our OLD garage door and got it working by fixing the cables/pulleys/springs to get us through until we change our siding and replace the doors to match. He is very professional and courteous and took great pride in his work. He thoroughly explained everything he recommended doing and went over the exact cost to discuss with my husband. Then worked efficiently to get our door working better than it has in years. When we buy our new doors/openers, I hope the installers are as good as Gabriel.
