I have used Precision Door Service in the past and have found them to provide excellent service at a reasonable price. They are responsive in terms of providing appointments, prompt in terms of meeting their scheduled appointment times, and provide excellent service at a fair price. The technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, installed and programmed a new opener and completed the paperwork in less than 15 minutes. It was a refreshing experience compared to many other experiences with home repair organizations (plumbers, HVAC, handy men, etc.)

Scheduled Precision for repair of failing garage door keypad. Dylan communicated the night prior and morning of the appointment to coordinate his arrival time. We discussed my problem and talked through the range of potential solutions. We went with the first option (keypad replacement) and that solved the problem.
