I scheduled the appointment on line. response was prompt and on time for the scheduled appointment. our opener was over 20 years old. almost everything had to be replaced which we knew was probably the case. we are happy with everything that was done and the workers were efficient and courteous. It's great to have a functional opener again especially since it is a two car door and too heavy for two elderly people to open the door manually.

Matthew was a most personable and courteous technician who took the time to explain why my garage door spring had failed and then performed a thorough review of all of the working parts of the door. When completed he explained which components in addition to the spring should be replaced and then gave me an estimate for the work which was very reasonable and I accepted. Just over and hour later my door was up and running again! A great experience, I will use Precision again.

Precision personnel came out on time and were extremely knowledgeable regarding the issues we were having. I was told the new garage door would take 6 weeks to order; however, they would be able to repair the existing door so that we can utilize it over the six week period waiting for the new one to be installed. That was the best news as we utilize the garage door probably more than other people. Thanks to Leo and his helper for doing such a fantastic job fixing the current door. Chris and his tech did an excellent job repairing the garage door. They came in the time specified and replaced the springs, cables and rollers under the estimated time. They did a review of the door components and gave multiple options based on their inspection. There was no pressure during the option selection and went right to work on the project once I gave them the go ahead on what I agreed to. Darrin Mills did an excellent job performing my Garage Door Opener motor battery replacement. He arrived exactly on time and also called me to tell me he was on his way. I did not have to wait through the 4 hour time window because he arrived at the start of the 4 hour time window. He checked the door operation and changed my remote controls' batteries. He also showed me how to open the motor housing door for when I have to change the light bulbs. I also appreciated only having to wait two days for the appointment. The price was very reasonable. This was a five star job!

Tom Schray and his assistant arrived on time on the designated day with a courtesy call to say they were on the way. This was in addition to a text with the same notification. There was a detailed discussion about the problem and the best solution with details on all costs involved. I appreciated the time taken by Tom to explain since I am a senior citizen and not used to dealing with such a problem. They were prepared to fix the problem same day and expertly proceeded to repair the broken spring, cables and rollers. Their attention to detail every step of the way was impressive.
