I am thoroughly happy with my new tube/pulley system! It's quiet and gets the job done! AJ the technician was great...he was good-humored and pleasant, despite it being very hot! Poor guy was drenched in sweat but still maintained a pleasant and professional demeanor. (And I did give him a couple cold drinks.) I didn't do much research on the pricing but it seemed reasonable for what was done (replacing springs, cables and rollers with the new "tube" system). And AJ was obviously experienced and prepared to do the job and got it done in an hour. Again, very pleased with the product and the service!

Great sense of humor which goes a long way when you’re having to have unplanned repair work done! His scheduled time was 8AM and he was a little early! He checked everything out and then let me know what my best long term options were and of course the cost. I initially called for a repair (chain fell off the gear) but after explaining and showing me why this happened, he replaced the garage door opener unit, made sure everything was working properly and I was able to leave the house on time for a previous appt. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. Everyone I spoke with with was friendly and professional! When the time comes, I will use them again!
