AJ Yanko, in his own words: Hello Mr and/or Mrs Customer. Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. I'm a Aquarius. Favorite food is sushi and sea food. Turn-ons: Pina Coladas, Getting caught in the Rain. I'm not into into Yoga, and I do have half a brain. ;-) Beyond that, and first and foremost, I'm the proud father of two boys, Vaughn and Chris. At the time of this writing, Vaughn is attending Temple and Chris is in High School. I like being outdoors, play golf and fish. When I'm not playing golf, I'm fishing. If I'm not fishing, I'm cooking. If I'm not cooking, I'm playing golf. I'm also a huge sports fan, Flyers, Eagles, Sixers and every other Philly team. GO PHILLY. And, I like to hang out with friends over some adult beverages.

Scheduled an appoint because the cable through one of our spring broke. Our technician came out and spent most of his time walking in circles in the garage randomly yelling to my wife about different things he saw in the garage. He then told my wife he needed to rebuild the entire system. When she told him that she wanted to think about it, he adjusted the door so two pulley ran into each other on the remaining cable, leaving the garage door unable to fully close. This then bent the angle iron on that side. In summary, I called for service and had my system broken further by the technician that attempted to scam us. Would never recommend to anyone.

Called Precision last Saturday and they scheduled me for the following Monday at 10:00. AJ their serviceman called to let me know he would be at my house around 10:00 that morning. He replaced my tortion bar springs and rollers. He also checked door operation and explained what he was doing to me. The pricing was fair and I would highly recommended Precision to anyone in need of excellent service.

ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT HAPPY TO NEED A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER, THE EXPERIENCE WAS QUITE PLEASANT. THE TECH A.J. ARRIVED ON TIME, AND WAS SINGING AS HE DROVE UP TO MY GARAGE. INSTANT CHEER!!! THE NEW DOOR OPENER IS QUITE, NOT LIKE MY OLD ONE THAT WOULD WAKE THE DEAD. A.J. WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, ASKED SEVERAL TIMES IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. I WOULD RECOMMEND PRECISION TO ANYONE. Fantastic knowledge of their craft as well as excellent customer service. I had a emergent issue with my double garage door that was so severe, I thought it absolutely needed replacement. Precision showed up in one day and actually was able to fix it. It was a custom fix by a very experienced tech that had a "no quit" passion for his work. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Garage door tension spring broke on a Monday morning. Called Precision to schedule a repair and they were there Tuesday. Technician AJ did an AWEOME job explaining the options for repair and additional service. He was fast, professional, and took pride in his high-quality work. I can confidently say my repaired garage door is now BETTER THAN NEW. I will DEFINITELY call Precision again for any garage door needs.

We were able to book a same day appointment, which was great, and AJ arrived bang on time at the beginning of our allotted 3 hour slot. He was not at all phased by our garage door issue, explained how he would fix it, and the cost. It took him all of 45 minutes to get the job done. The bonus is that he is a great guy, and we will definitely be calling Precision anytime we have another garage door issue, although I hope that will not be anytime soon!

I reached out to precision door first thing in the morning and they were able to schedule an appointment for me the same day. The customer service person was fantastic! AJ the TEC called letting me know what time he would arrive (along with a text from the company). AJ was very thorough with his inspection, explaining what areas needed to be repaired/replaced for the garage to function properly. After fixing he garage he explained what was replaced as well as recommendations as to what we should do in the future. He left us a quote for a new garage door as well if we choose to replace down the road. Very professional and I will recommend Precision Door friends and family.

Wow!!! Beyond impressed!!! This was the third garage door company I had called and couldn’t be happier! AJ was so genuine, honest and quite funny!
