Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. I'm a Aquarius. Favorite food is sushi and sea food. Turn-ons: Pina Coladas, Getting caught in the Rain. I'm not into into Yoga, and I do have half a brain. ;-)
Beyond that, and first and foremost, I'm the proud father of two boys, Vaughn and Chris. At the time of this writing, Vaughn is attending Temple and Chris is in High School.
I like being outdoors, play golf and fish. When I'm not playing golf, I'm fishing. If I'm not fishing, I'm cooking. If I'm not cooking, I'm playing golf.
I'm also a huge sports fan, Flyers, Eagles, Sixers and every other Philly team. GO PHILLY. And, I like to hang out with friends over some adult beverages.

Garage door tension spring broke on a Monday morning. Called Precision to schedule a repair and they were there Tuesday. Technician AJ did an AWEOME job explaining the options for repair and additional service. He was fast, professional, and took pride in his high-quality work. I can confidently say my repaired garage door is now BETTER THAN NEW. I will DEFINITELY call Precision again for any garage door needs.

We were able to book a same day appointment, which was great, and AJ arrived bang on time at the beginning of our allotted 3 hour slot. He was not at all phased by our garage door issue, explained how he would fix it, and the cost. It took him all of 45 minutes to get the job done. The bonus is that he is a great guy, and we will definitely be calling Precision anytime we have another garage door issue, although I hope that will not be anytime soon!

I reached out to precision door first thing in the morning and they were able to schedule an appointment for me the same day. The customer service person was fantastic! AJ the TEC called letting me know what time he would arrive (along with a text from the company). AJ was very thorough with his inspection, explaining what areas needed to be repaired/replaced for the garage to function properly. After fixing he garage he explained what was replaced as well as recommendations as to what we should do in the future. He left us a quote for a new garage door as well if we choose to replace down the road. Very professional and I will recommend Precision Door friends and family.

I am thoroughly happy with my new tube/pulley system! It's quiet and gets the job done! AJ the technician was great...he was good-humored and pleasant, despite it being very hot! Poor guy was drenched in sweat but still maintained a pleasant and professional demeanor. (And I did give him a couple cold drinks.) I didn't do much research on the pricing but it seemed reasonable for what was done (replacing springs, cables and rollers with the new "tube" system). And AJ was obviously experienced and prepared to do the job and got it done in an hour. Again, very pleased with the product and the service!

Not only did he replace the broken lift cables, he made sure the openers were up to code. One last thing to be concerned with when I sell the property. Excellent customer service! Everyone I dealt with, from start to finish, was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The issue with my garage door was identified in minutes and then AJ clearly laid out the steps he would take to repair it, working from least expensive up. He was able to get it working with the least expensive option and was finished in 20 min. I highly recommend them!
